Collect handprints on what you buy
Handprints are our thank-you for shopping here. They are collected on your orders and spent on gifts, and they belong to an account — which is the one thing you have never needed in order to buy from us.
Make an account to start collecting
Handprints belong to an account, so there is nowhere to keep them until you have one. Making one takes an email address and a password and nothing else — no name, no phone number — and it joins you to Handprints at the same time. There is no fee and no separate sign-up.
You still do not need an account to buy anything, and you never did. Handprints are the only part of this shop that asks for one.
How it works
Handprints are collected on what you spend on the goods themselves, worked out before GST and before delivery. They are counted when an order is paid for rather than when it is placed, which is why a very recent order can take a little while to show up.
You spend them on gifts from a small catalogue that changes four times a year. Handprints collected on something you send back come off again when the refund goes through.
Handprints are not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or moved to another person or account.
