When we reply
You can order at any time — the shop is open 24 hours.
We reply between 9:00 and 22:00, Saturday to Thursday, and on Friday afternoons. Most messages get an answer within an hour during those times.
If you message us outside them, we will come back to you when we open.
Our hours change during Ramadan and we will say so here.
About an order
Have your order number ready — it starts with LH and it is on your confirmation. It saves us both time.
You can check where your order is at any time with the tracking link we sent you. You do not need to sign in.
About a product
Not sure whether something will fit, or suit a particular child? Ask before you buy. Tell us the age, or the measurements, and we will tell you honestly what we would order.
We would far rather spend five minutes on this than have you receive something that is not right — especially as we cannot take things back for a change of mind.
If something is wrong with a product
If anything seems unsafe or faulty, tell us straight away. We will always want to know. See Product safety.

Where we are
